Is a 1tb laptop hard drive too large?

Is a 1tb laptop hard drive too large? That really depends on a few different factors.  A 1tb laptop hard drive could possibly be too large if you are someone that switches computers every year or two.  Most users that only use a hard drive for photos and some music files don't really need a 1tb laptop hard drive.  But if you make a lot of movies or download videos than it would probably be worth your investment.
